This site was originally founded by visionary leaders of new “Young Professionals Organizations” to help them share best practices for their burgeoning orgs. Lots of that info is still here.

Version 2.0 of the site is a broader conversation with folks aged 20-40 – or the young at heart – to share ideas about what makes work meaningful for a new generation, and how we can transform our communities into truly great places to live and have a future.
