What happens when a writer for Christianity Today says that sprawl (may) lead to hell? We're about to find out! In Death by Suburb, author Dave Goetz makes an odd pass at New Urbanists by asserting that suburban life oozes toxins. Eight of them, to be specific.

But don't fear! These toxins can be offset by small spiritual practices. For example, do you want the life your neighbor has? (Toxin #3)

Then you should - hold on, I'm looking up your remedy - BEFRIEND THE POOR! After all, nothing makes a middle class suburbanite feel rich like hanging out with a street walker.
